“Dr. Arif Mahmood Nasir was born in Quetta Balochistan and attended commerce college for elementary commerce diploma and after that he has attended University of Balochistan for Bachelors of Commerce (B.COM) and Master in Commerce (M.COM) After that he completed his DHMS (Diploma in Homoeopathic Medical System), Diploma in Electropathy, Diploma in Acupressure, Master in Biopathy, DAC (Diploma in Acupuncture (ICA-Karachi), DIMS (Diploma in Islamic Method of Shafa Lahore), MD-Doctor of Medicine (Alternative Medicine-Colombo-Sri-Lanka), and PhD-In Acupuncture-Vienna-Austria) Dr. Arif Mahmood Nasir founded Subah Quetta in 1998 and as its Founder/Chairman, established chain of Subah Grammar School System, Subah Sewing and Cutting Center, Subah Singhar and Beauty Seminary for Women Skill Development, Drop-in-Center for street and working children. Being a chief Coordinator Subah Quetta and social activist evolved two years (2017-18) a comprehensive Socio Economic Development Plan for Balochistan as the focal point of action for Subah Quetta is “” Mother and Child”” and “” Empowerment of Women”””

“Mr. Javid Iqbal was retired as Director of Education Bureau of Curriculum & Extension Center Balochistan (B-20) on 29-07-2010. He Joined Government Service in Education Department Government of Balochistan. During his service he has been associated with the World Bank assisted Balochistan Primary Education Development Programme (1993-1999) in various capacities and contributed meritoriously in a number of first ever initiatives in Education of Balochistan like, Beneficiaries, Participation, CSP, PTSMCs, AMPE, BIMDTC, SAP, Admn, Audit & Accounts-SOEs. He put major share of contribution in all the initiative undertaken by the Balochistan Education Department through PPIU under Balochistan Education Reform agenda mainly in development of ECE, EFA plan, SATAN for education Sector Plan. During his carrier he took many training abroad such as USAID training Curriculum Development study tour. Egypt & Jordan 1992 on the topic of Experience in the area of Education Management and Curriculum Development, Education Policy Analysis & Planning Workshop, The Harvard Institute for International Development USA summer June-July 1995. Study tour of Bangladesh Exposure to BRAC (UNICEF Assisted) Study Tour of JAPAN: Middle Level Education System and Technical & Vocational Institute of JAPAN. Mr. Javid Iqbal contributed in strengthening of infrastructure of Balochistan Boy Scouts Association (BBSA) through HR and Institutional development interventions. Overseeing the implementation of planning and implementation processes of a number of interventions being undertaken by him in social sector (Education, Health, Water and Sanitation) as implementation partner with collaboration of UNICEF, UNOCHA and USAID besides Scouting related activities under regular annual plan. He was associated with SUBAH Quetta since 2014. At present he is the member of board since 2014.”

“Mr. Mohammad Waleed Faheem was born at Quetta after passing his SSC in science Group did his intermediate in Computer Science from General Mohammad Musa College Quetta and acquired his BS(CS) from the Balochistan University of Information Technology Engineering & Management Science. After BS from BUITEM he joined Stanley Production as Graphics Designer. He polished his skill in Microsoft Office, HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Illustrator. As a young Social Activist He Joined Subah Quetta in 2015. He has experience in volunteer, project management and group facilitation, and has developed and taught a service learning curriculum fostering leadership development and interprovincial citizenship education.
