Promotion and advancement of education for the masses is the policy of the present government of Pakistan and Balochistan to bring Pakistan and Province to a respectable level of world literacy rate. Subah is envisaged to contribute to this noble cause, and to raise the rate of enrolment of Girls intend to start a chain of co-educational English Grammar Medium School in Balochistan in all Districts for meeting the learning needs of all through quality education

1: Establishment of Jinnah Grammar School, (English Medium Boys & Girls) With Medical Health Care Clinic on 01-03-2000 at B-296-P, Satellite Town Quetta with 210 students Enrollment.

2: Establishment of Subah Grammar School (English Medium Boy & Girls) with Medical Health Care Clinic on 01-03-2007, at Banglow No 237-A, Block III Sibi Road Satellite Town Quetta.

3: Establishment of Second Subah Grammar School II (English Medium, Boys & Girls) with Medical Health Care Clinic on 02-10-2012 at Banglow No. 377-B, Khuzdar Road, Satellite Town Quetta with 180 Students Enrolment.

Establishment of Subah Language Coaching Center (SLCC), on 01-07-2013 with 33 student’s enrolment.

Well-equipped Subah medical Health Care Clinics are responsible to contribute towards the improved health and overall wellbeing of people of the areas this will promote health awareness and reduces the risk situation and behavior. The main features of Subah Medical Health Care Clinics are free checkup, medicines and advice to the community. For promoting the Health facilities to the communities especially women and children Subah Quetta takes various initiatives such as:

1: Establishment of Subah-Alshafa Homoeopathic Center on 20-09-2006 at Shop No 44 Faqir Mohammad Road Quetta..

2: Establishment of Medical Health Care Clinic on 01-11-2008 at Subah Classic Sewing Center Subah Classic Sewing Center H-16, Khojak Road Pishin Stop Quetta..

3: Establishment of Medical Health Care Clinic on 01-03-2009 at Subah Classic Sewing Center Subah Classic Sewing Center House No. 2 New Muslim Town, Killi Gograi, Sariab Road Quetta.

4: Establishment of Medical Health Care Clinic on 01-01-2012 at Subah Drop-out Center at Tajik Abad, Sariab Road Near GSP Quetta.

5: Establishment of Medical Health Care Clinic on 01-01-2012 at Subah Drop-out Center at Parking Lot of Saleem Medical Complex Near Popular Marriage Hall Quetta.

6: Establishment of Subah Health & Fitness Center (SHFC) on 02-12-2012 at Flat No 5, Second Floor, Saleem Medical Complex Opposite Popular Marriage Hall Quetta.

Women Empowerment

To provide specific and generic help in income generation in the women viz. rural women by applying following framework:.

To make a describe channel within country providing the contacts of dealers/ distributors and involved personals to the concerned making their business or work at enhanced level.

For promoting the economic empowerment of Baluchistan’s craft person especially women Subah Quetta takes various initiatives such as:

1: Establishment of First Subah Classic Sewing Training Center for Cutting and Sewing for women under Subah School of Arts on 01-11-2008 with 35 women enrolment at H-16, Khojak Road Pishin Stop Quetta

2: Establishment of Second Subah Classic Sewing Training Center for Cutting and Sewing for women under Subah School of Arts on 01-03-2009 with 35 women enrolment at House No. 2 New Muslim Town, Killi Gograi, Sariab Road Quetta.

3: Establishment of Subah Skill Development Center at Central Jail Much Bolan for Prisoners Skill Development with 110 participants on 03-12-2012.

Wildlife

To educate people of Balochistan about the importance and protection of wildlife and environment and mobilize them against all forms of this discrimination, exploitation and violence against wildlife Determination of natural areas where wildlife found and formation of Botanical gardens, zoological gardens etc.

Child Protection

Building protective environment for children and adolescent in Balochistan Children represent the future, investing in children and their health development has benefits for society as a whole, for parents and families and of course, for the children themselves. For building protective environment for children and adolescents in different districts of Balochistan, during 2014 SUBAH Quetta has designed a detailed manual for training of trainers of civil society organizations on child protection issues. Main objective of the training is to prepare master trainers in civil society organization, CSO, NGOs and Government agencies on right based approaches on child protection issues and to strengthen Advocacy and encourage pressure group.

Drope-In Center

The burgeoning adolescents group constitutes more than 1.76 billion people with 1.5 billion of them living in developing countries and whose numbers are expected to rise sharply over the years, with over 200 million people living in poverty, 130 million illiterate, 88 million unemployed, and 10 million living with HIV / AIDs; this youthful population is prone to many risky circumstances. This is because they are uninformed or poorly informed, about the implications of their risky behaviors. SUBAH Quetta realizes the importance and need of Drop-in-center and planned to establish three more DIC in surrounding of Quetta city during the year 2014. The drop-in-center stems from the concern with regards to the situation and dangers to the life of street living and working children and adolescents as the majority of street living and working children have poor health status

Welfare Of Prisoner

To make a desirable channel within the province to provide legal assistance and legal consulting facilities to deserving prisoners confined in district and central jails of the province and open life skills based education center for adult and Adolescent prisoners. For this objective Subah Quetta has already established a Subah Skill Development Center for Prisoners Skill Development. SUBAH Quetta has planned to establish more Skill centers, school & a legal assistance forum at District and Central Jails during 2014, the initial and spade work has been done and negotiation with IG (Prisoner), Balochistan, superintendent District & Central Jail is in process and same will be done very soon.

Eradication Of Extremism

The greatest threat to any progress was the dangers from extremism and terrorism not only for Pakistan but also for the entire world. Pakistan had played key role in combating this face less enemy by penetrating into the network of terrorism making tremendous sacrifices, world should recognize Pakistan’s role in this respect. The SUBAH initiated efforts cultivating culture of tolerance among people through sensitization and education.

Gender Equality

“Gender equality is more than a goal in itself. It is a precondition for meeting the challenge of reducing poverty, promoting sustainable development and building good governance”. To provide effective basic facilities to women and children of the concerned area relating to health and education. To extend considerable help to provide medical facilities through expertise to mother and children and other patients of the area.
